Day 4

Today, my original goal was to take the VARK to test to help me imporve how I study. Instead, I got caught up with friends, that my goal changed. Today, I took a goal from the second week, and used it. That goal was to better myself physically by riding bikes. I felt better afterwards, and I now know that I need to excersize more, because I was a little bit short on breath. I did howeve complete another goal from the last week, and that was to hang out with my friends more often. Since school started, I've been mostly talking to people at school, and not with my original friends. My best friends, that I've known for a long time, will always be there when I need them. Yes, new friends are good, but I learned to hang on to old friends, because they are even better.

I'm glad you were able to switch goals for the day, but you are puting off learning how to learn and I worry that it'll derail you in the end.

On the friend note: some people say that you will never be able to keep all the friends you make in high school or grade school. Men especially lost touch with them - why do you think that is? and do you think that will happen to you?

  2. I do believe that you cannot keep all of your friends throughout your life. Some of them move away, go to different schools, and some just become mean to you. I think its big with men because, as you said in class, men tend to take on one goal, and go for it so they might block out some of their friends to help them acheive that goal. I am guilty of it myself. I am already losing touch with some of my friends, and Lindsey is not happy about that. I figured that I would take her advice and try it out for this project, so she has been some help.
